Two Polish albums have been nominated for the 2010 Grammy Awards. It is a great success for the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philharmonic Choir directed by Antoni Wit (leadership of the choir by Henryk Wojnarowski; album produced by NAXOS).

The list of albums nominated for the 2010 Grammy Awards of the American Recording Academy, an award often referred to as the musical equivalent of the Oscar and carrying immense prestige, was announced at the beginning of December and contains two records of Polish Philharmonic Orchestra artists nominated in two different categories.

Will the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra come out as a winner? We will find out on 31 January 2010 at the Grammy Awards 2010 ceremony held in Los Angeles, where the results will be announced.
