Solo cruise of Natasza Caban

After over two years of the extraordinary voyage, a solo cruise around the world of a Polish female sailor has come to an end. She set off on a voyage around the world in July 2007 on SY Tanasza Polska. The itinerary, covering the distance of 26,000 nautical miles led from the Hawaii to the West, in stages: around Africa, through the Panama Canal, the Galapagos Islands and finished on 1 December 2009 at 5 p.m. of the local time (3 a.m. of the Polish time) at Hawaii Yacht Club in Honolulu.

Natasza Caban is one of the few women in the history of sailing who decided to set off on and successfully completed such a difficult and dangerous voyage.
